Montreal, June 27 1896 the French Louis Minier, concessionaire of the famous Lumière brothers host the first movie projection in Montreal, the first in Canada and 2 days before New York. It was the first indoor projection, an outdoor projection was tempted next to the Robillard building 1 months before but has failed.
